Short Bio
Dr Kumari Saroj has joined MDDM College Muzaffarpur in June 2003 as a Lecturer. She was promoted as Senior Lecturer in 2007, Reader in 2012, Associate Professor in 2015 and Professor in 2020 under career advancement scheme. She has contributed several research papers in leading professional journals of the discipline. Many of her contributions are included in edited volumes. She has successfully guided three Ph D candidates in their research. She is actively associated with the corporate life of the institution, presently serving as the secretary of the college teachers association. She has also served as the delegate and unit representative at the university teachers association.
